I really enjoyed my interaction with the website and was extremely pleased with the quality of the products purchased, my manual came in without any defects however for shipping things like book or other materials I would recommend a stiff box so the soft back book doesn't get bent in such a way to where it would never fully unbend. I love the products, site and E-mails I get and will continue to purchase more from this website.
