Wrote a review before receiving the product because I wanted to let people know how awesome, and helpful the customer service was at this place. Now to follow up on the product itself, and let me tell you the quality of this parka is top notch. This is not a knock off, or cheaply made product. This was on par or better I dare say than the gortex I was issued in the army, worth every penny. Found out about this store from administrative results, throw that man some love if you can.

Great fit if you take their advice on going a size lower. Hoping the pants come in stock shortly and a larger boonie to complete my look for the outdoors.

Have not received the product yet, but wanted to leave a review to let everyone know how awesome this shop is; and how top notch the customer service is. I personally had failed to read the recommended size on purchasing this item, an had ordered a size up due to having been in Germany and knowing the clothes at the time ran smaller to size. I reached out via email to try and change the size, shortly after reaching out boom order updated; and customer service followed up with an email notifying me of the change as well. Communication from this place is as solid as sapphire, and far more timely than a lot of big name companies out there. Do yourself a solid, you like mil surp purchase your items here. They want you to be satisfied with your purchase and are not scared to put the work in to make that happen. Pretty happy Administrative Results put me on this place, will be buying more items to geek out over in the near future.
