Issued Australian DPCU Softshell Jacket
Australia officially adopted the Disruptive Camouflage Pattern in 1985. This iconic Australian uniform was known as the Disruptive Camouflage Pattern Uniform (DPCU), but was given several nicknames throughout its time in service. Soldiers and surplus aficionados often call the pattern AUSCAM, bunny cam and Ozcam.
The pattern is no longer in active use, being discontinued in 2021 in favor of the Multicam variant AMCU.
This softshell jacket is a comfy, cozy piece of surplus designed to keep you warm in colder weather. It's lined with nylon fleece and comes with reinforced shoulders and elbows. It comes with a zip-up and velcro front with a storm flap and velcro adjustable cuffs. Two arm pockets.
