Issued Dutch Windproof Velcro Parka

Purchased to experiment with waxing for a foul weather jacket on the cheap. The fabric is well suited for my intended use. I'm 5'9", 192, a tad stocky, this large is just tight across my chest but otherwise, fits ok. Again, my purpose, so I'll stitch in a zipper to get the width I need. For $20, a deal. It'll cut wind as-is. Date on the tag us 1967, if that correct it is in great shape for age/usage. Probably made for prisoners on a North Sea penal island.....has that surplus essence of duece and a half tarp that (admit it) we all love about military surplus.

Don't mistake this for a windbreaker. It's like a Field Jacket. I wish they had the pants in Bear sizes! ...it's got the Surpdew. But otherwise a great find & nothing burning some Palo Santo in the closet wont cure! Keep rockin' AP√
